Readiness Assessment

We conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your Microsoft 365 environment across four dimensions: content structure and quality, information governance, security and permissions, and licensing. You’ll receive a Copilot Readiness Scorecard that benchmarks your current state and identifies the specific gaps standing between you and a successful deployment.

Content Cleanup and Optimization

Based on the assessment findings, we work with your team to identify and remove ROT content, apply metadata and sensitivity labels, and reorganize SharePoint and Teams content structures for better discoverability and Copilot usability. A well-organized environment means Copilot can find the right information quickly and won’t surface content that should be restricted or archived.

Security and Compliance Alignment

We configure the Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls that govern what Copilot can access and how sensitive information is handled. This phase addresses the policies and settings that protect your organization from data exposure and regulatory risk as AI begins operating at scale.

Training and Change Management
