Power Apps Lead Developer

Compass365 continues to grow! We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Power Apps Lead Developer to join our Microsoft 365 Low Code/Pro Code team. Compass365, a Microsoft Gold Partner and division of General Networks Corporation, is located in Southern California and works with diverse clients throughout the US, ranging from non-profits through F100. This role is technical – you will be designing, configuring, testing, and supporting low-code solutions primarily built using the Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI – as your tool set, along with various Microsoft 365 tools and technologies including SharePoint Framework, SPFx, Azure, web technologies, Dataverse, Logic Apps and more. It’s also a creative, challenging role and you’ll join a great team passionate about delivering value with Power Platform!

The Lead Role is ideal for a Senior Power Apps Developer who enjoys leading a team and leading projects. In addition to acting in a lead technical role, you will mentor Power Platform Developers, lead customer conversations, design solutions, and manage projects to ensure a successful delivery.

We are fully remote, working collaboratively internally and externally with clients through Microsoft Teams.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Working in a fast-paced remote team environment
  • Creating new solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, & more
  • Troubleshooting issues in existing solutions & creating enhancements
  • Documenting design, test scripts, and deployment plans
  • Interfacing with clients for design, build, test, deployment & support

Other beneficial technical experience and skills are:

  • Web technologies like jQuery, ReactJS, node.js, Angular JS
  • Python, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps
  • Relational databases like SQL Server and Dataverse
  • Working Knowledge of the full SDLC
  • The Microsoft ecosystem including Dataverse, Azure SQL, M365

Benefits and Compensation

Base salary:

$100,000/yr – $130,000/yr
