Senior Power Apps Developer

Compass365 continues to grow our team! We are seeking a highly-motivated, self-driven, experienced Power Apps Developer to join our Microsoft 365 Low Code/Pro Code team. We are seeking individuals who have experience and an interest in leading complex enterprise projects. Compass365, a Microsoft Gold Partner and division of General Networks Corporation, is located in Southern California and works with a diverse group of clients throughout the US, ranging from non-profits through F100. This role is technical – you will be designing, configuring, testing and supporting low-code solutions primarily built using the Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI – as your tool set, along with various Microsoft 365 tools and technologies including SharePoint Framework, SPFx, Azure, web technologies, Dataverse, Logic Apps and more. It’s also a creative, challenging role and you’ll be joining a great team passionate about delivering value with Power Platform!

This role is ideal for a Senior Power Apps Developer with experience leading complex application development and using a structured methodology for Power Platform projects. In addition to acting in a lead technical role, you will mentor Power Platform Developers, lead customer conversations, design solutions and manage projects to ensure a successful delivery.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Working in a fast-paced, client-facing, remote team environment
  • Leading projects to create new solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, & more
  • Requirements gathering, solutioning, architecting complex Power App solutions
  • Ensuring project milestones are met in accordance with quality standards
  • Driving project completion on-time and within budget

  • Passion for working in the Microsoft technology stack
  • Excellent Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate development
  • Strong remote work ethic – proactive, independent and responsible
  • Based in Pacific or Mountain Standard Time zones

Other beneficial technical experience and skills are:

  • Web technologies like jQuery, ReactJS, node.js, Angular JS
  • Python, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps
  • Relational databases like SQL Server and Dataverse
  • Working Knowledge of the full SDLC
  • The Microsoft ecosystem including Dataverse, Azure SQL, M365

Benefits and Compensation

Base salary:

$100,000/yr – $130,000/yr
